The owner, Poasa Koroitamana, has two first degrees in Education and Human Resources and Health Management from the University of the South Pacific, Suva Fiji, University of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby, PNG, and the University of Ballarat, Melbourne, Australia. He also attained post-graduate in Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety and received a Certificate in Secondary Teaching. Other experiences Koroitamana attained include:
- Has 30 years of working experience in the government of Fiji and private sectors as a teacher, head of Human Resources in the Fiji School of Medicine and the Fiji National University.
- Has acquired the State requirements for licensing in Caregiving and also have some work experience as a caregiver in the Memory Care, Nursing Home, and Senior Living in the United States of America.
- Has worked as a private caregiver with numerous clients in Sonoma County. Now the Divine Fijians Home Care, Director/Owner.
- Married to Marica Koroitamana, who also possesses a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Banking from the University of the South Pacific. They have a son named Jona Koroitamana.
